Shailesh Sir completed his B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and qualified the highly competitive GATE examination four times (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017). Having been a top-tier performer, he knows the roadmap to help students achieve top ranks in IIT-JEE.

He strongly believes in **mentorship** over conventional coaching. Since founding E4E in 2015, hundreds of students from Engineering, Polytechnic, and JEE preparation paths have discovered a more interactive way of learning. His shortcut techniques and formulas help students approach complex mathematical puzzles with ease.
